For high-powered applications EXEDY offers Multi plate clutches. These are designed for hot street action as well as drag, road, and rally racing. All of our multi plate clutches come with a lightweight chromoly steel flywheel, and the famous purple anodized forged aluminum clutch cover. Depending on the application, both strap drive and lug drive models are available. All have T5001 cerametallic friction materials for extreme heat resistance.

For owners with highly modified Corvette’s, looking for a clutch that will handle the power and abuse at the track, yet still enjoy driving their cars on the street, look no further. The Exedy twin, which is currently being run in street and drag race applications, including the Three Hour Grand American Series, offers the high hp owners everything they need. This is the clutch of choice for the Lingenfelter 427 CID twin turbo. This clutch has a comfortable feel and does not cause a heavy pedal feeling.
