Specter Werkes Corvette Group 6

Specter Werkes launches the Group 6 lineup for the sixth-generation Corvette. With fender flares and an appropriately sized rear spoiler, the Group 6 is also a Z06 fighter. Specter’s street fighter pumps out more than 500 normally aspirated horses from the 6.0-liter LS2 V-8.

Like Specter Werkes other ehanced Corvettes, the GTR and Group 5 designs, the Group 6 complement of exterior upgrades embellishes and enhance the factory’s form without exaggeration. But where the C6 exterior components offer a smooth, tailored look, the Group 6 has a edgier, racetrack demeanor.

The success of Corvettes, including the Le Mans-winning factory team, on the racetrack undoubtedly influenced the Group 6’s design. Well executed in form and proportion, the bolt-on Group 6 parts include an extractor hood, aero package with rear spoiler and rear wheel flares. The silver prototype in our photos wears HRE 840R wheels wrapped in Michelin PS2 rubber, sized 275/35/19 in front and 335/30/20 in the rear.

Specter Werkes Group 5 Aero Package

Taking styling queues from its popular Corvette GTR, Specter Werkes/Sports, Inc. announces the release of a new project car, the Corvette Group 5.

The Group 5 will provide C5 owners an opportunity to enhance the styling of their C5 with the complete Group 5 package, or by selecting individual options. The Group 5 package continues Specter Werkes' tradition of building on the existing good looks of the C5 while maintaining the company's benchmark standard for quality.

At first glance, enthusiasts will note the subtle lines of the Group 5 body. The body enhancement package includes a lower front valance, rocker panels, lower deflectors for the rear fascia and a complete rear fascia with integrated spoiler.

For those C5 owners that prefer not to add the racing influenced lower body ground effects, the rear fascia with integrated spoiler is available separately. The GTR styled rear fascia came to market by popular demand and remains one of our most popular C5 body enhancements. It's the perfect touch.

Specter Werkes Power Dome Hoods

Retaining the factory hood positioning and center lines, the Specter Werkes Power Dome hoods set a higher altitude throughout the center rise with an increase of 1in. at the windshield. The heritage influenced extractors retain the Corvette brand character while giving a much more aggressive attitude for your C5.

The Power Dome hoods are crafted from hi-temp, hand laid fiberglass for exceptional strength and durability. Installation is straightforward using the stock Corvette hardware.

Exposed Headlight Modules

Another Specter Werkes first! These are the exposed headlight modules that have got everyone talking.

Specter Werkes offers two styles of headlights for your C5. Choose the body matched exposed system or the C5R influenced enclosed light. Either way, you’re ahead of the curve.

Sets come primed and ready. Installation is a snap! Just remove your stock head lamps and bolt in the new exposed module. Keep your stock lamps for future use.
